relocation with as little downtime as possible, our
years of experience enable us to carefully plan the
entire process with our clients, and in doing so we
become an integral part of the client relocation team.
Assessing the Move
It is of paramount importance to ensure that the
relocation requirement is fully assessed in advance, in
order to provide our clients with an itemised plan of
action and a structured schedule of events. Our highly
experienced Commercial Removal Consultants will carry
out this assessment and present it to the client as a
part of our pricing submission.

The Moving Business stands by our Company ethos of
ensuring that every client receives a value for money
service, and one that provides them with a full
relocation package tailored to their budget.
Communication
In order for any relocation to be successful,
Communication between Client and Contractor is the key
element to achieving the end goal on time and on budget.
The Moving Business will ensure that strict lines of
Communication are maintained at all times
Pre Move Meetings
Your dedicated Commercial Removal Consultant will
arrange pre move meetings with the Client in order to
talk through the Activity Schedule and timing of each
phase. These meetings would be arranged and timed
depending upon the size of your relocation, it may be
that only one meeting is necessary or that a series of
meetings are required.
Pre Move Activity
The Activity Schedule provided will brief you on the Pre
Move processes and Activities, including the delivery of
crates, materials and the arrival of our Pre Move
Building Protection Team.
Delivering the Service
Our confidence and years of experience in Office
Relocations ensures that the service provision that we
have planned for your Move will be the one that we
provide. We will ensure that timing is kept to schedule
and will keep you fully briefed on any delays or
necessary changes as the move progresses.
Post Move Activity
Following the upheaval of a Relocation many of our
clients avail themselves of our Post Move ‘TLC’ service
to enable their staff to settle into their new positions
with the minimum of fuss.
After Sales
Your dedicated Removal Consultant will call on you
shortly after the Relocation to carry out a debrief and
confirm that everything was to your satisfaction before
we agree our final invoice. We find that this approach
is best for all parties and enables us to gather
valuable feedback as soon as possible after the Move has
been completed. |
